  • How do I place an order on Haryali?

Before you can start shopping, it’s preferable that you have registered an account on Haryali which will us remember you for future orders.

Browse through our categories/sub-categories or use the search bar to find your favourite products

On the product details page, you can either tap:

  • “Add to Cart” to place the selected item on your shopping cart or
  • “Buy Now” to place an order directly.

Check Out

On the “Checkout” page, make sure to:

  1. Select your preferred “Delivery Address”.
  2. Check the expected “Delivery Time”
  3. Choose your desired payment method.

Tap “Place Order” and you’re all done.


  • What payment methods do you accept?

Currently, our mode of payment is Cash on Delivery. In the future, we will bring more options to you.


  • A product I want is not available

Unfortunately, because we work with small producers and with produce that can be seasonal, we can’t guarantee that a particular product will be available all of the time. For most produce we have alternatives which are very similar and hopefully they will make a good substitute.

  • Can I edit my order?

If you want to make changes to your order, kindly email us at within 1 hour of placing order for us to be able to accommodate changes. Any requests after 1 hour won’t be catered.


  • Can I suggest a product?

  • How much is the delivery fee?

Our delivery fee is Rs.299 flat for all cities nationwide.

  • What are the most common reasons for delivery delays?

There are dozens of reasons behind a delivery delay. However, here are the most common ones you’ll likely encounter while in operation.

Bad weather.

Wrong/ Inaccurate Delivery Address.

No-Go Zones / Remote Locations.

Law & Order Situation / Road Blocks.


  • Will somebody contact me before delivering the package to my location?

Our delivery person may contact you to confirm your exact location once it is shipped for delivery.

Payments, Returns & Refunds

  • What is Haryali’s Returns Policy?

If for any reason you are unsatisfied, Haryali gladly accepts returns on most items depending on the product category and condition that are in their original condition within 7 days from delivery for a full refund of the purchased price. There is no restocking fee for returns.

Note: If a product is returned to us in an inadequate condition or return reason found invalid, we reserve the right to send it back to you.

  • How do I return my order?

If you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase from Haryali, you can return your item(s) for a full refund within 7 days of purchase. Email us your concerns at and we will get your product returned if it aligns with our return policy and conditions.


  • There was something wrong with my order when it arrived, what do I do?

It can be super frustrating when an order doesn’t arrive correctly or is damaged so thank you in advance for your patience. We are eager to resolve it and get you your new gear!

To help resolve the issue can you please provide the following:

A picture of the invoice in the box.

A picture of the shipping box (we’re looking for damage).

A picture of the items that came in the box.

From this, we can get you the resolve the issue and get your items asap.


  • How do I return my order?

All returns must include a copy of the invoice in the shipment to ensure the return is properly received once it is delivered. If you are unable to find your invoice, please reach out to us directly with the email address you placed the order under and we’d be happy to provide a copy.


  • How do I get a refund?

Please contact us at first possible opportunity to request a refund and we will help process it.

Please note: If the reason for return and refund is change of mind, then the request won’t be catered.

If you are unsure of your password, please navigate to the login screen and click ‘Forgot Your Password?’, a dialog box will pop-up, enter the email address you signed-up with and you will receive a link to reset your password. Do wait 10 minutes before you try logging in again.
