FAQs
What will we be provided with the day of the market?
You will be given table/s regarding your stall package, there will be a black table cloth covering the table/s. you will be given an electrical connection (if paid for). You will be given the amount of chairs specified in your package. the chairs will be covered with black cloth. Please note WE DO NOT PROVIDE RACKS, BACKDROPS OR FLEXES.
Why aren’t are racks allowed with a single package?
In single packages you are given a 4×2.5 ft space, including the table and chairs, hence there would be no space for a rack to be placed. if you would like to bring a rack please book a double package.
Will we be provided appliances?
No appliances will be provided, you will only be given a connection to the electrical supply. The appliances are supposed to be brought by the vendors.
What if i don’t have a social media page?
We at haryali require the vendors to have social media coverage to maximize coverage. Vendors without social media pages cannot participate.
How do i submit payment for my stall?
Once you submit this form our team will go through your submission and those chosen will be reached out to and given details on how to submit payment
Why is there a limit on the appliances?
We limit the maximum number of appliances a vendor can apply for in order to avoid an electrical overload.
Will lighting be done by the vendor or Haryali?
The entire lighting of the event will be done by the Haryali team including lighting for individual vendors.
IMPORTANT
- If you are serving any food items or will be cooking live food at the market you will have to book the live cooking package. Vendors doing food will not be allowed to take the single or double packages, only Live cooking.
- Vendors doing primarily savory items cannot serve dessert items and vendors primarily serving dessert items cannot do savory items.
- food/live cooking vendors will not be allowed to do specialised drinks (i.e. coffee, mocktails, margaritas etc.) similarly, vendors only doing drinks will not be allowed to do food items. Please choose your category carefully.
REFUND POLICY
- Once the booking has been confirmed and payment has been made, if a vendor cancels we will refund the paid amount with a 25% deduction.
- if cancelation occurs 15-30 days before the event we will deduct 50% of the payment fee.
- If cancelation occurs within 15 days before the event, there will be no refund
TERMS AND CONDITIONS
- 1. Stall sharing is strictly prohibited.
- 2. Bookings will only be confirmed after a Receipt is received by Haryali management.
- 3. Haryali is an open air market.
- 4. In case of any political/social/weather/protest Haryali can be postponed once or more then once by management. In this case stall charges will be carried forward to the new date. If a refund is requested our refund policy will apply. If the Haryali management cancels the event vendors are entitled to a full refund without deductions
- 5. Haryali is not liable for any monetary loss due to unexpected weather or political situation on the event day.
- 6. Haryali does not guarantee sales at all, This exhibition is solely a marketing exercise.
- 7. Haryali is a free entry market.
- 8. Haryali has always been a one day market.
- 9. This is solely registration and not a confirmation of your participation, confirmations are sent later.
- 10. Backdrops/Skins are not allowed with Single Packages as there is not enough space to place them.
- 11. WE DO NOT PROVIDE RACKS/FLEXES/BANNERS
- 12. We the Haryali Market reserve the right to ask any vendor to leave the premises if they do not comply with the terms and conditions.
